Get three people together to brainstorm about an issue and you will most likely get three separate opinions and/or solutions to the problem. At FCIT we believe in implementing what is the right solution for the client for the long term. If by consensus there are two good solutions we will implement the least costly solution.
Cutting Edge vs Bleeding Edge
In technology there is a fine line between cutting edge and bleeding edge. We have seen clients implement technology before a standard has been ratified or universally accepted and they have paid a price. At FCIT we only implement tried and test technology. We have learned a lot of the past 16 years and our clients benefit from that experience. We test new products in our lab environment before even suggesting them to our clients.

Our goal is to provide you with predictable response times to issues. You only have to call us once to get our attention.
